SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All items from Merch with a Message of HOPE are custom-made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow:
- 2-7 business days for production and processing
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days after production (if available)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after the production period. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties and import taxes (buyer's responsibility)
- Longer delivery times (typically 10-30 business days)
- Additional customs processing delays
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered early
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days at support@messageofhope.online
- We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund
Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us at support@messageofhope.online with your order number and we'll be happy to assist you.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
