Custom Made-to-Order Products
At Merch with a Message of HOPE, each item is created especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this thoughtful, made-to-order process, we’re unable to accept cancellations or returns for changes of mind, sizing choices, or buyer’s remorse.
We truly appreciate your understanding, as this approach allows us to reduce waste and create each piece with intention and care. 💛
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or provide a full refund.
To help us resolve things quickly, please:
- Reach out within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number
- Send clear photos showing the issue

What We’re Happy to Cover:
- Manufacturing defects (misprints, printing issues, or damaged materials)
- Items damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item or size sent
What’s Not Covered:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Slight color differences due to screen displays
- Damage that occurs after delivery due to use or care
Processing Your Refund or Replacement
Once we receive your email and review the photos, we’ll take care of the next steps as quickly as possible. You can expect us to:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
